Century Gothic is one of the most popular and appealing modern sans-serif fonts. Sadly this gorgeous geometric font doesn’t have a free Web font alternative. Fortunately for us Web designers, there are some great Web fonts similar to Century Gothic that we can fall back on. If you’re determined to use Century Gothic and not just a similar font, the best approach is to use a font stack that uses Century Gothic if it’s installed on the client’s computer. To do this, we just use a font stack with Century Gothic on top, and then we can add our Web font alternatives in case it’s not available. Of course, keep in mind that every additional web font you’re loading is another resource the client needs to download, even if they never use it.
