Maybe you have a consult interface, something that plugs into the car and then into your pc, and then you use one of the software listed in main post to connect? (have car on or running).

I have been trying to install C3+ installed on a CF-19 toughbook, but somehow the installs do not recognize the PC as a toughbook. I used to be able to bypass this via the setup.ini file, but the latest version doesn't work. Could someone point me towards or message me changes, registry or otherwise, that can allow the software to detect the PC as a toughbook (which it is!). It is running XP SP3 tablet edition. Or otherwise, how to get the latest version to bypass toughbook detection.
